STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Terms & Conditions

1. **Payment Schedule:**

- A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of this proposal, with the remaining balance due upon completion of each automation phase.

- Ongoing support will be billed either hourly or monthly, as per the chosen plan.

2. **Project Timeline:**

- Estimated completion time for initial setups is 4-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.

3. **Confidentiality:**

- All information shared between the parties during this project will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without written consent.

4. **Revisions & Changes:**

- Any revisions or scope changes beyond the original proposal will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $100.

5. **Subscription Plan:**

- Ongoing support subscriptions can be canceled with a 30-day notice. The first month of the subscription is free of charge.

6. **Termination:**

- Either party may terminate the agreement with a 14-day notice. In the event of early termination, work completed up to that point will be billed at the applicable rate.

7. **Warranty:**

- We guarantee the functionality of all automation setups for 30 days after the project is completed. Any issues during this period will be addressed at no additional cost.
